Der Zusammenhalt von vielen Einzelteilen, die sich gegenseitig in der organischen Konstruktion aussteifen, ermöglicht das zuvor nicht Geglaubte. Der Brückenschlag ist eine Aktion mit einer ganz eigenen Faszination: fast ungläubig erleben die Teilnehmer, wie das Gebilde mit jedem weiteren Teil die Lücken schließt und dabei immer stabiler wird.  

Die Brücke eignet sich als Symbol besonders bei der Zusammenführung zweier Einheiten oder ganzer Unternehmen.
Natürlich sind mit derselben Methode auch andere Konstruktionen wie z.B. Türme und Nester möglich.

Diese Aktion eignet sich besonders für sehr große Gruppen bis 4000 Teilnehmern.

During the happening the participants will work in a seemingly chaotic way having each person make his own decision where to fix the next stick to stiffen the whole construction. It shows in an astonishing way that organisation and corporation always follow a hidden plan out of the comprehension of all participants.   

The fascination lies within the process of the growing structure that first creates piles and toeholds before the bridge draws a bow and in the experience how stiff the construction becomes just by knotting thousands of ropes. 

The Organic Art Construction is a very playful tool for groups from 800 up to 4000 participants and can be used as a commitment act if every single wooden stick is marked with a catchword and signed by each participant.  

With just some information given with the introduction of this great art workshop your people can create different architectonical forms. The Bridge can be a great symbol for any kind of merger or partnership but surely other constructions like towers, houses or nests are well to create.

El Puente

El extraodinario puente se hará de miles de palitos de madera, previamente firmados por cada participante y serán enlazados unos a otros tán sólo por unos hilos. Esta construcción, llevada a cabo durante su evento trasmitirá a sus empleados la cognición de lo improvisto: „poco“ se transforma en „mucho“. 

La cohesión de tantos pequeños elementos que se estabilizan unos a otros hace posible lo increíble gracias a su construcción. Primero serán construidos los soportes que se unirán en puertas los cuales serán unificados en las dos cabezas principales del puente. Luego se hara el puente y creciendo de un lado al otro. La fascinación y el exito que surge por medio de este acto se relacionará luego con la metáfora de la comunidad: Si cada uno contribuye a su parte (a su palito) y todas las contribuciónes se estabilizan unos con otros, se constituye una „entera resistencia“ – en la empresa.

El puente es un acto con una fascinación propia: Los incrédulos participantes experimentan como la contrucción crece y los espacios se van llenando y estabilizando poco a poco. 

El puente sirve como símbolo y funciona perfectamente en notables ocasiones, como por ejemplo: la reagrupación de dos entidades, la fusión de dos empresas etc. Por supuesto, también se pueden realizar otras construcciones como torres, nidos etc.

Estos eventos se prestan muy bien para grupos muy grandes a partir de 800 personas.
